Janet L. Soda - Founder, CEO

With over 40 years of experience in the dental industry, Janet has an extensive background as a Practice Administrator, Consultant and Business Owner.  She has guided many practices through software conversions and staff training.

Throughout her career, she observed many practices struggle with managing their revenue either by poor management of insurance, failure to collect patient balances or both.   

She developed a process that improves the revenue cycle for her clients.    She has developed an exceptional team of experts with an extensive background in dentistry.
